•Bask in 40,000 Lumens of Light to ease the symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Light therapy is a proven treatment for Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) – a type of depression that typically occurs each year during fall and winter. As our days get shorter and our nights get longer, the lack of light may upset your sleep-wake cycle and other circadian rhythms. It may cause problems with a brain chemical called serotonin that affects your mood. Researchers believe this type of light causes a chemical change in the brain that lifts your mood and eases other symptoms of SAD. Just 35 minutes can make a difference.
