Dyal Gobinde (Sustainer of Grace and Compassion) found yoga from an awakening of Grace by Kundalini spinal energy. Called to facilitate this clear space for others to spark their own self-healing liberating sovereign true self, he has now been practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by the Master Yogi Bhajan for 4 years and teaching for over half of that.
His first class at Sat Nam he knew he wanted to be a teacher and a part of the community. He first started as a volunteer Seva and after a year of selfless service and practice he became trained as a leader of the Aquarian Age.
Serious in discipline and authentic in devotion, Dyal loves arising every morning to chant with others in group Sadhana, connecting to the Naad, sacred sound current, and raising consciousness for the rest of the day.
His sacred heart felt teaching style comes from his self-experience of communing with the chakras (spinal energy centers) being worked on in class and he is committed to sincerely facilitating this connection for his students.
Dyal completed his teacher training at the Kundalini Yoga Ashram in New Mexico in 2016 and returns there regularly for the summer solstice Sadhana celebration to continue growing from intensive powerful practices in Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness.
