Hailed by the sages as the heart of the Vedas, the maha mrityunjaya mantra can help you tune into the healing force that is always at work within you, supporting your growth, lifting you up in times of trouble, and reminding you of the higher aim of life.

Yoga nidra is conscious relaxation, or divine sleep. Your body and brain deeply rest while you maintain the slightest trace of awareness connecting you to your deeper Self. Combining these healing practices is a powerful intention to shift your physical, emotional, and mental bodies towards health and well being.

Nest into a restorative pose for about an hour as Tantric yoga teacher Mia Park chants the maha mrityunjaya at the 61 points of the Rotation of Consciousness in the body from the Himalayan Tradition. No experience is necessary to benefit from this workshop that combines the therapies of chanting, sound, mantra, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra.
