Early Morning Kundalini Yoga Practice
What Is Sadhana?
In the Kundalini Yoga tradition, Sadhana is your daily spiritual discipline—the conscious effort to clear the mind, strengthen the nervous system, and align with your highest awareness. Practiced during the ambrosial hours before sunrise, it supports mental clarity, emotional steadiness, and deep spiritual connection.
Sadhana is personal and powerful. It is the consistent practice that refines your consciousness so you can relate to the infinity within you.
Each Saturday gathering includes sacred recitation, Kundalini kriya, and mantra meditation. Early Morning Sadhana is guided by Dyal Gobinde alongside devoted community members who hold this container with devotion.
We are a service-driven Kundalini Yoga community in Chicago. Your love donation sustains the space and helps make this practice accessible to those experiencing financial challenge.

Mul Mantra Sadhana: A 40-Day Return to the Root
Return, remember, and root yourself through daily mantra practice this spring.
I’m opening a small 40-day practice container leading into the summer solstice, working with our Mul Mantra (Root Mantra) from
Japji Sahib, as an experiential daily practice.
Together we’ll work with:
– Basic Spinal Energy Series to awaken the spine, breath, and nervous system
– guided chanting
– a ~30-minute daily practice
– contemplation and integration of the 27 sounds
This is a simple and structured way to build steadiness, deepen your relationship to mantra, and anchor into essential foundational Kundalini Yoga practice.
Great for beginners and anyone looking to establish a regular practice.
Begins May 12 – Ends on the Summer Solstice June 21
40 days of practice to interrupt old patterns and strengthen new ones through repetition, rhythm, and intention.
