The solstices & equinoxes mark the four solar quarters of our year. They are flash points that ask us to reorient our lives around a new theme -- a new season literally calls on our cells to embrace its wisdom.
Celebrating these transitions dates back to when humans lived in deep rhythm with the earth. By honoring each different phase of the light, we allow nature to guide us through life’s inevitable changes without resistance. Use these harmonic moments to listen to the whispers of your soul — an especially important skill for those of us living in cities!

After a period of deep gestation, the soul of the earth prepares to send its first shoots to the sky. While January saw the setting of energetic seeds, and February felt its roots begin to grow, March is the moment that potential energy turns kinetic. Nature makes a bold first move into the unknown – from formless to form – earth to heavens -- roots to shoots.
As yogis, the seasons are our dear teachers. They remind us how to stay in sync with the flow of our psyche and soul’s purpose.

Epic Sound Healing
Our team of sound facilitators will play a symphony of 100+ sacred instruments that will create a timeless space of deep healing. Relax into soundscapes of multiple planetary gongs, crystal and tibetan singing bowls, a crystal harp, trigons, flutes, didgeridoos, tablas, drums, temple bells, koshi chimes and more! Allow the sound to still your mind so you can clear out it’s clutter. Release the mental debris to create more space within for harmony and long lasting peace.
1:1 Energy Healing
Each participant will receive generous does of "hands on" energy healing from multiple healers throughout the journey. Energy healing can given through a hovering of hands or light touch.
