The solstices & equinoxes mark the four solar quarters of our year. They are flash points that ask us to reorient our lives around a new theme -- a new season literally beckons us to embrace its wisdom.
Celebrating these transitions dates back to when humans lived in deep rhythm with the earth. By honoring each different phase of the light, we allow nature to guide us through the inevitable changes of life without resistance and grow our capacity to hear the whispers of our soul — something especially important for those of us living in cities!

Each participant will receive generous doses of energy healing throughout the sound journey. The practitioner may use light touch or a hovering of hands.
*If you prefer not to be touched please see the check in desk for a “no touch” mat marker.

Bring your own Yoga mat, blanket, cushions, pillows and anything you need to feel cozy.
Feel free to bring electric candles, flowers and crystals to adorn your sacred space. Don’t forget your journals!
We recommend dressing in layers for comfort. Sorry no rentals. We will have a limited supply of blankets for purchase.

Lacuna Lofts has a paid parking lot. Take a ticket at the gate and pay by credit card when you exit! There is free parking surrounding Lacuna on 21st St. and also on Morgan. Enter the building Via the North Entrance where our team will meet you. Follow the Sat Nam signs to the 5th floor- Skydeck.
