Camp Hokey Pokey 2026: A 3 Day Kundalini Yoga and Healing arts Retreat

✨ August 28. 29 & 30 2026 | RONORA Lodge & Retreat Center, Southwest Michigan

Set on 350 private acres of Michigan forest, the land offers a natural sanctuary—complete with a spring-fed lake, resident horses, and herb-lined trails that wind through meadows and woods. This isn’t just a getaway—it’s a soulful reset.

Step away from the pace of everyday life and immerse yourself in a transformational journey of Kundalini Yoga, healing arts, music, sacred practices, nature, and community. Camp Hokey Pokey isn't just a retreat—it's an invitation to reconnect with yourself, laugh deeply, breathe freely, and return home renewed.

Each experience, practice, ceremony, and ritual is thoughtfully designed to build upon the next, creating an intentional path of transformation. Through movement, meditation, music, meaningful connection, and immersive healing experiences, you'll gain new perspective, strengthen your inner resources, awaken to new possibilities, and leave feeling more centered, energized, inspired, and deeply connected to the fullest expression of who you are becoming.

We look forward to falling asleep beneath the stars and breaking bread with you all.

Put your whole self in!

This Year's Signature Series:

Turn Yourself Around

The Art of Transformation

Transformation doesn't happen because life changes—it happens because we do.

Throughout the weekend, you'll be guided through an immersive Kundalini Yoga journey designed to help you release old patterns, awaken new energy, and reconnect with the deepest part of yourself. Each practice becomes another step in turning away from limitation and toward possibility.

Beginning with grounding and presence, you'll awaken vitality, soften emotional holding, and cultivate the courage to clear the way for a more authentic expression of yourself. At the heart of the weekend is a powerful Rebirthing experience—a signature Kundalini practice that invites profound renewal through breath, meditation, and conscious awareness.

As the weekend unfolds, transformation moves beyond personal healing into embodied living. You'll have the opportunity to experience a curated collection of timeless practices that have supported healing, insight, and human connection for centuries. From the contemplative wisdom of the Tao to the science of healing your cells, from visionary Shamanic Journeying to the heart-opening ritual of Cacao, each experience offers a different path inward. You'll leave feeling more spacious, centered, and connected, carrying the clarity and resilience to meet life from a new perspective.

This series isn't about becoming someone else—it's about remembering who you've always been.

Because sometimes, all it takes to change your life... is to Turn Yourself Around.
