In the midst of a world filled with noise, movement, and constant demands, there is another place we can learn to inhabit: the quiet space within.
In Kundalini Yoga, Shuniya refers to a state of deep stillness, spaciousness, and heightened awareness—a place where we move beyond the habitual activity of the mind and become receptive to a more subtle experience of being.
Through meditation, breath, mantra, and periods of silence, this introductory class invites you to explore the nature of deep meditation and the transformative potential of stillness. A practice of softening the mind, refining awareness, and discovering what becomes possible when we create space to simply be.
An invitation to enter the silence and listen more deeply. -
There are certain practices that bring us back to the heart—to a place of steadiness, clarity, and inner knowing.
In challenging times, it can be easy to become pulled away from these resources, caught in the noise of the mind or the demands of the world. Kundalini Yoga offers tools for returning to center, recalibrating the heart, and reconnecting with the deeper intelligence within.
In this introductory class, we’ll explore movement, breath, mantra, and meditation as pathways to cultivating heart-centered awareness, strengthening our capacity to remain present, and learning to trust our intuition.
A practice for coming back to yourself—and listening for what the heart already knows.
