Each participant will receive generous doses of hands on energy healing throughout the journey. 

During the auspicious time of the Equinox, nature’s example of perfect balance between light and darkness, we’ll use the vibration of these sacred healing instruments to clear out the clutter, and create more harmony and balance within ourselves. Let the sound still your mind as we shed and shift into spring and the return of warmth of the sun. Set aside space to receive and relieve, as the gong effortlessly guides you to a meditative state of calm. In this neutral state, your perceptions of physical and emotional pain will melt away. 

It’s time to turn the page from hibernation and reflection to awakening and opportunity. This is a sound journey to come back to balance and align your shine with the divine so it radiates and becomes more constant, one day, one breath at a time as everything around you begins to unfold into its fullness.
