At Sat Nam Yoga Chicago, we honor the rhythm of the seasons through Celestial Sound Ceremonies—immersive gatherings that help you realign your inner world with nature’s cycles. 

These sacred celebrations remind us of a time when humans lived in deep harmony with the Earth, guided by light, shadow, and the turning of the year.

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night—a sacred flash point inviting deep rest, reflection, and renewal. As nature turns inward, so do we, honoring the darkness as the fertile ground of new beginnings. This ceremony offers a time to release the weight of the past season and gently align with the returning light.

Our team of sound facilitators will weave a live soundscape of healing frequencies, blending planetary gongs, crystal and tibetan singing bowls, flutes, didgeridoos, drums, temple bells, chimes, and more. These vibrations create a timeless space for relaxation and inner clearing—helping you quiet the mind, open the heart, and find deep stillness within.

✨Throughout the journey, each participant will also receive 1:1 energy healing from multiple healers. Simple hovering of the hands or light touch application helps balance the energy field, soothe the nervous system, and amplify the body’s natural ability to restore itself.
