Yogi Bhajan Birthday Sadhana: Extended 2.5 hours Morning Call Meditation
Sunday, August 26 | 4:30–7:00 AM
Doors open at 4AM | Free Event (Donations Welcome)
Let’s rise together in remembrance and gratitude, honoring the depth and impact of Yogi Bhajan’s teachings — timeless wisdom shared through the sacred science of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. This sunrise gathering is part of a Universal Chant, practiced simultaneously by Kundalini Yogis around the world, creating a powerful wave of unity and devotion.
At the heart of this practice is the 2.5-hour Long Ek Ong Kar meditation, an experience rooted in Naad Yoga, the yoga of sacred sound. Naad Yoga uses mantra, rhythm, and breath to harmonize your body and mind with the universe’s vibrational frequency. Through the repetition of sound, this practice clears subconscious blocks, balances the energy centers, and uplifts your consciousness.
You are invited to chant for the full 2.5 hours — or simply rest in the sound current and let it carry you inward. Either way, you’ll leave feeling peaceful, grounded, and expansive.
🎶 What to Expect:
• 2.5-Hour Long Ek Ong Kar (Morning Call) Meditation
