Early Morning Sadhana (In Studio and Zoom)

  • Sat Nam Yoga Chicago 1304 West Washington Boulevard Chicago, IL, 60607 United States (map)

Rise up, sweet family.

Join us every Saturday at 4:30AM at Sat Nam Yoga Chicago for Early Morning Sadhana, a traditional Kundalini Yoga practice held during Amrit Vela—the sacred pre-dawn window when the mind is clear and the spirit is most receptive.

Please check our real-time class schedule for updates and register in advance so we can intentionally prepare the space.

What Is Sadhana?

In the Kundalini Yoga tradition, Sadhana is your daily spiritual discipline—the conscious effort to clear the mind, strengthen the nervous system, and align with your highest awareness. Practiced during the ambrosial hours before sunrise, it supports mental clarity, emotional steadiness, and deep spiritual connection.

Sadhana is personal and powerful. It is the consistent practice that refines your consciousness so you can relate to the infinity within you.

Each Saturday gathering includes sacred recitation, Kundalini kriya, and mantra meditation. Early Morning Sadhana is guided by Dyal Gobinde alongside devoted community members who serve to hold this devotional container.

We are a service-driven Kundalini Yoga community in Chicago. Your love donation sustains the space and helps make this practice accessible to those experiencing financial challenge.
