A 90-minute guided breathwork experience
You care about your work, your relationships, the people counting on you. You show up, you deliver, you carry a lot.
And putting it down? That part is harder.
The mind that makes you great at everything you do is also the mind that doesn't know how to switch off. You're at dinner and you're half somewhere else. You're on your mat and your to-do list showed up too. You want to be present, to relax, to enjoy what you've built — but the thoughts keep coming, and you haven't quite figured out how to make them stop.
Breathwork Journey: For the Overthinker is a guided 90-minute experience designed for exactly this. Conscious connected breathwork works by moving you out of the thinking mind, in a way that thinking about relaxing never quite manages. Through breathing, the mind that has been running the show finally gets to rest.
If this is your first time doing breathwork, you are in exactly the right place. No experience necessary. Just bring your busy mind — we'll take it from there.
What to expect
We begin with a gentle grounding exercise to ease you into the practice and make sure you feel completely comfortable before we start. A short talk on the science of breathwork and what to expect in your body — so you feel informed and held from the very beginning.
Then you lie down, close your eyes, and breathe. Forty-five minutes of conscious connected breathwork guided by live music and voice, with care and support present throughout.
We close with time to rest, to integrate, and to share over tea. This is a community of people who understand — curious, open, and genuinely glad you came. There is warmth here, and there is time.
What to bring
Wear something loose and comfortable that you can breathe fully in. Bring water. Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in.
Who this is for
Anyone. Especially anyone who finds stillness difficult, who carries a lot mentally, or who is simply curious about what breathwork can do.
