The Autumn Equinox marks a sacred flash point of balance—when day and night once again share equal length. It’s a time to pause, reflect, and gather the fruits of your inner and outer labor. As the light begins to wane, we’re invited to ground, give thanks, and release what we've outgrown. 

Our team of sound facilitators will create a nourishing sound journey featuring planetary gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, flutes, drums, temple bells, and chimes. These healing frequencies guide you into deep stillness, helping you settle into gratitude and find balance between effort and ease.

✨ During the ceremony, you’ll also receive 1:1 energy healing from multiple healers. Gentle, intentional touch helps integrate the lessons of the season, restore equilibrium, and prepare the body-mind for the quieter months ahead.
