At the heart of this ceremony is Ant Na Siftee, the 24th pauri of Japji Sahib: Guru Nanak's hymn to a reality without edges.
In the Kundalini yoga tradition it is called the Pauri of Infinity, turned to for generations to break through inherited limitation, the patterns that arrive in us already old.

We will chant it together on a live bed of crystal singing bowls, guitar, and gongs, you'll be guided through a timeline jump: a deep visualization practice of imagination and intention, in which you meet the version of yourself who was never handed the limit and practice coming back as them.
