Your monthly safe space to explore, learn and get messy.
Through the lens of yogic principles, we engage with the toughest challenges of our time including racism, gender inequality, LGBTQ+ rights and global health.
Real Talk is about building a community practice for skillful living and social change. This experiential self-study leans on timeless ethics to guide us on a path of embodied allyship and heart-led leadership. It is a program for anyone ready to dive into the inner work for outer change.
Our yearlong discovery will be grounded in suggested readings from ‘The Yamas & Niyamas’ by Deborah Adele. Monthly live discussions will feature a diverse lineup of visionary change-makers. Between gatherings, we get to deepen our study by continuing the conversation and sharing wisdom snacks in a private Facebook group.
We are committed to valuing the lived experiences of BIPOC speakers by getting them paid. Apply to become a guest speaker with options to facilitate discussion and share your story on the ‘Amplifying Progress’ podcast. To honor your time and talent, expect a return on 25% of workshop proceeds.
The call to respond to systemic injustice has never been clearer.
