Community Acupuncture to Support the Transition into Spring
60-minute group treatment
Following the break from Part I, participants are invited to receive community acupuncture designed to help ease the transition from winter into spring and support relief from seasonal allergies.
In a calm, shared treatment space, acupuncture points will be used to help regulate the Liver system, support immune function, and encourage the smooth flow of qi. This restorative session allows the body to integrate the benefits of the movement practice while receiving gentle and effective treatment.
Community acupuncture offers a relaxing group environment that makes acupuncture accessible while supporting the body during seasonal change.
