Kundalini Kirtan with Mehtab and Friends

  • Sat Nam Yoga Chicago 1304 West Washington Boulevard Chicago, IL, 60607 United States (map)

Immerse yourself in the transformative power of sacred sound in this unique Kundalini Kirtan experience with Mehtab Kirtan and his crew of talented musicians.

Blending the depth of Kundalini practice with rich musicality, this workshop offers a meditative and uplifting journey through mantra and sound.

Together, we’ll explore the Aquarian mantras practiced during early morning sadhana—the powerful pre-dawn discipline in Kundalini Yoga. You’ll learn how to chant these mantras with correct pronunciation, rhythm, and intention, while gaining insight into their meaning and energetic impact.

Through call-and-response kirtan, guided instruction, and live music, you’ll be invited into a deeply immersive space where your voice becomes a tool for meditation, healing, and connection.

What you’ll experience:
Learn foundational Aquarian mantras used in Kundalini morning practice
Understand the meaning and energetic significance of each mantra
Explore rhythm, melody, and the meditative flow of kirtan
Build confidence in your chanting voice—no experience necessary

Chanting mantra is a powerful practice that works on multiple levels—mental, emotional, and physical.
